STORE POLICY

All wedding gowns are custom made to order unless purchasing off the rack.  Standard wedding gown time frame is 12-16 weeks for production. If you choose to have your gown on rush order, there is a fee of 10% of total cost of your dress.  Orders are NOT subject to cancellation once a down payment has been received, and deposits are non-refundable.  All gowns are custom made to measurements, but in the event that alterations are needed please contact your local seamstress if applicable. Stocking fees of $75 per month will apply if dress is not shipped or picked up with-in 4 weeks of completion.
 

Custom Design Wedding Gown Policy: We offer custom designed wedding gowns. Send us different aspects from different dresses to create a unique, one-of-a -kind wedding gown. We offer many different styles of laces to choose from and will send you pictures of the laces we think match closely to what you prefer.  Once we have all the details about your gown, Christiane will draw a front and back sketch for approval.  Upon approval of the design, we send the sketch and details to our manufacturer. 

As mentioned above, most wedding gowns generally take 3 months for production. Once the dress is completed, we will send you detailed pictures of your dress and any minor changes that are needed, we will be happy to do so. 

 

To receive an estimate for a custom design gown, please send us design ideas via email. Once we have design details, we will follow up with some pricing options and if our prices meet your expectations, we will schedule a time for you to come in and start the ordering process.

Formal Gowns:  All of our formal wear is considered special order, unless specified otherwise. We carry many designs to choose from that are available in different colors and sizes. All special orders can take up to 3 weeks to ship. Rush fees apply. ​

Bridal Appointments: We offer bridal appointments during the week and on weekends.  Please allow up the 24 hours notice cancellation.  We are by appointment only so please give us enough warning that you can't make it in or to reschedule. Thank you in advance!

Bridal Consignment: We are now offering consignment for high end bridal gowns and mid-range bridal gowns, specifically: Vera Wang, Carolina Herrera, Oscar de le Renta, Hayley Paige, Atelier Pronovias, Anne Barge, Pnina Tornai, Elle Saab and Monique Lhuillier.  For Mid-range gowns we accept Martina Liana, Maggie Sotero, Mori Lee, Justin Alexander, Sottero and Midgley, Galina, Oleg Cassani, and Stella York. 

 

All gowns must be dry cleaned, pressed and ready to sell.  We do not accept gowns that are unclean, torn, yellowed or stained. Dresses that are missing beads, missing buttons or torn badly will not be accepted. We do not accept styles older than three (3) years.

-Pricing will be determined by Two Sisters Bridal and consigner, which depends on factors such as the designer, trending resale value, and fabric.  The Consigner will receive 50% of the final selling price excluding taxes. 

-All wedding dress consignment agreements are good for 4 (four) months with the option to add up to 6 (six) months once your contract is close to terminating. In the event that you would like to extend your contract, consigner agrees to 40% final selling price. We will advertise on all of our social media platforms pictures of your gown including the size and designer to ensure more leads.

-Two Sisters Bridal Gowns will not contact consigner when the contract period is finished. Please make note of when your contact ends. Add it to your phone calender as a reminder! 

-You will have 10 days to pick up your gown past the contract deadline or to extend it to 6 (six) months. All gowns not picked up within 10 days will become the sole property of Two Sisters Bridal Gowns. 

-If your gown is sold on or before your contract deadline, a commission check will be mailed out within 10 business days after your gown is sold.

*Please send us an email with your wear date, size, the designer and pictures of you wearing your dress. We will determine if your gown is re-sellable and provide you with an estimate.
